Ilish Macher Raita
Ingredients:
- 1 cup ilish (hilsa) fish, cooked and flaked
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the ilish fish and flake it into small pieces. Keep it aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt until it becomes smooth.
- Add the grated cucumber, chopped onion, chopped green chili, and chopped coriander leaves to the bowl.
- Add the flaked ilish fish to the bowl and mix well.
- Add salt to taste and mix well again.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill it in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
- Garnish with a few more coriander leaves before serving.
